Individual Note:   Information from the 1900 US Census:

Henry was living with his wife, Emma, their 3 sons, Joseph, Henry and John, and his wife's parents, William and Catharine Rothenberger, at 1028 Hampdan St. in Reading's 13th ward, Berks County, PA. Henry and Emma had been married for 10 years and Emma had seven children with only the 3 sons still living at the time of the census. Henry's occupation was listed as a day laborer and they were renting the house in which they lived.

Individual Note:   Information from the 1930 US Census:

John was living with his wife, Catharine, and her father, Samuel Saus, next store to his mother, Emma Seidt and her husband, Samuel, at 2006 Kutztown Rd in Reading, Berks County, PA. They were renting the house and paid $30 per month in rent. The family owned a radio. John was a laborer in a hosery mill.

Individual Note:   Information from the 1910 US Census:

Fred and his wife, Annie, were living in Oley Township, Berks County, PA with their son, William. They were renting the house in which they lived. Fred's occupation was listed as a farm laborer. The census indicted that Annie had only one child and he was still libing.

Information from the 1920 US Census:

Fred and his wife, Sallie (Ann apparently died between 1915 and 1917 when he married Sallie), were living in Oley Township, Berks County, PA with a daughter, Emma Katie. They owned the house and there was a mortgage on the house. Fred's occupation was listed as a plasterer and he was shown to be working on his own account.

Information from the 1930 US Census:

Fred and his wife, Sallie, were living in Oley Township, Berks County, PA with their children, William, Emma, Frederick and Walter. They owned the house, its worth was listed as $2000 and they owned a radio. Fred's occupation was listed as that of a plasterer and William's occupation was listed as a laborer in a Grist Mill. Emma and Frederick were attending school. Fred and William were not veterans.
