Nearest Relative was Mary Smith (his wife). He was living at RFD #1, Chester Springs, PA and his occupation was a farmer. He was apparently unfit for service since the registration card indicates that he had a loss of eye.

Oscar was living on a farm with his wife, Mary. The farm was located in West Vincent Township, Chester County, PA and the page described the enumeration as from Conastoga Pike to Ea...hs Mill. Living with them were there two children, John B. and Elsie B., and Oscar's mother, Sallie E. Sallie is listed as a widow. The census shows that he was renting the farm and that it was a general farm.
