ITEM #18621
August 21, 1755
The Pennsylvania Gazette
WHEREAS it was advertised some months ago, in this paper, That
all persons indebted to the estate of Daniel Pistorius, late
of Germantown, deceased, should make speedy payment to the
executors, in order to enable them to discharge the just debts
of the said estate, of which but too little notice has been
taken: This therefore may inform all such who are so indebted
by bond, bill, note, book debt, or unsettled accounts, that
the executors will be under a necessity speedily to sue for
the same, if not soon paid, as those to whom the estate is
indebted grow, and will more and more grow impatient for the
payment of their just demands on said estate, SARAH PISTORIUS,
and GEORGE SHOEMAKER, Executors.
N.B. To be sold by said executors, a tract of good land,
in the township of Franconia, Philadelphia county, containing
by computation 400 acres, which may be divided into several
plantations, there being two settlements now thereon. For
further particulars, enquire of said Executors, or of Abraham
<< Lucken>> , living near the premises, or of Thomas Rose, in
Germantown.
