Residence:
Date: BET 1834 AND 1874
Place: Hilltown, PA
Burial:
Date: APR 1874
Place: Blooming Glen, PA (Blooming Glen Mennonite Meetinghouse)
Individual Note: From Jacob A. Freed - After marrying they bought a farm in Hilltown Township, Bucks County, PA where they followed farming during life. They were thrifty and industrious, and saving in their habits, by which means they saved about $18,000 during their natural married life. They left no issue and no will, consequently the estate went to his relatives; the Freeds were left out. I will state here to his honor that he intended to make a will, dividing the estate in two equal parts --- one part to the Russel Family and the other part to the Freeds. A stroke of paralysis disqualified him from executing the document. He rallied for some time until April 3, 1874, when death relieved him of his sufferings.
