William and Emily were living at 65 Powell St. in Norristown, PA's 3rd ward. William's occupation was listed as a shoemaker. The census indicated that he was disabled. The children Lizzie, Ella and Hiram were shown as attending school. Living next store to the Vanfossens was Emily Rotes, age 61, and John Rotes, age 23. They were living with Henry and Albina Allebaugh and their relationship to Henry is listed as Mother-in-law and brother-in-law. Question is are Albina, Emily and John, Emily's mother and brother and sister since her name is listed as Roats in Jackie's book??
