The New Hanover Lutheran Church records reads "SO also in the year 1774; on May 1, after having been instructed the folllowing received the privileges of membership in the Lutheran Church....Johann Jacob RENNINGER, Wendel's son....15 years...." "

".......was baptized on 4 November 1787 with the sponsors being Johannes COHL and Anna Maria (the entry is in both Falkner Swamp Church and New Hanover Lutheran Church records). He died before 14 April 1820 at 32 years old in Douglass Twp, Montgomery Co as a result of disabilities received from his service during the War of 1812....."
